After two years (and some great results) managing Shoe Mart’s social media pages, the brand expanded our remit for the launch of its brand new ecommerce site.
Needing to increase sales fast, and knowing that we make that happen, Shoe Mart asked us to create and execute an ongoing results-driven social advertising campaign.
Always happy to get into geek mode, we took our faithful Facebook pixel and created a plan that put some of the most complex yet effective functionality to best use.
Using a mixture of social and web visitor data, we created an army of custom and lookalike audiences to drive the cost per purchase down to rarely seen lows. The multi-layered, multi-platform strategy was supported by action-driving copy and high-impact visuals.
All elements were split-tested, tweaked and fine-tuned to within an inch of their lives – meaning that day-by-day the strategy became (and is still becoming) more and more effective, and those conversion sweet spots were completely capitalised on.
Within a month, the campaign was breaking records.
An ROI % increase that would make any CEO burst into a spontaneous victory dance and a top traffic source ranking are just a few of the highlights.
